Easy to install and shaped perfectly for the objective. Then again, the first time I accidentally hit the retract button on my winch, the stopper split in half. I switched to utilizing a Kong Extreme (black) dog toy rather and it functions terrific and the rubber compound is much far more forgiving. So I guess as long as you in no way actually use it as a stopper, this item operates fine.
